All techniques of link building is important and effective. But most effective and stable for PR is article submission and dofollow link building and forum posting with signature or link

So far I have seen so many factors for linkbuilding. submit to High PR Social Bookmarking ex. stumbleupon and here are some lists of high PR social bookmarking sites @ socialmarker.com and then forum posting. If you want to gain quality links i suggest article writing then you can put your articles in your blog make at least 5 blogs for blog commenting and try to bookmark also your blogs... if all this things didn't work within 1 month then it's better to check the content of your site for meta tags and meta description. "Here's another option i found this last week on youtube from google about update on ranking for long-tail searches".

Link Building by itself is a huge topic in itself.

There are always four types of links one needs to build
1. Link Diversity (Get links from other site footers, sidebars, navigation bars and also links from within the content)
2. Relevance : Get good anchor text links from sites related to your niche.
3. Trust and authority: Get links from authority domain names like WikiPedia, Hubpages and such
4. Raw Links : Bulk link juice from Article Directories and web Directories.

Having a Good proportion of these 4 kinds of links is all what you need for a successful link building campaign.

Linking is important and efficient. But most efficient and stable for PR is writing and submitting articles and dofollow linking and forum posting with signature or website.
