Default Trying to advertise my Forex-related product...Help!

I am the marketing guy for our Forex trading room, and I am trying to generate at least 100 clicks a day onto the website from Forex-related pages, etc.

Now, when it comes to Google/Yahoo/Microsoft-Bing, I would need to spend about $3 to $15 per click to get a LOT of traffic because the brokers (Forex.com, FXCM, etc) spend so much on marketing.

So I am now exploring content network and it seems I'm getting some traffic (like 15 or 20 clicks a day on each network). (I have also tried AdBrite for this), but it seems like the traffic is NOT that targeted, even though it's cheap, etc. And worst of all, I set a budget of $50 a day and it only spends $3 on 20 clicks!

If you were me, what would you do to get 100 clicks a day with Forex-related traffic? I'm getting SO frustrated. PPC use to be so easy 5 years ago and now you can't get support, and everything is 10x more expensive.

Thank you for your tips!

@amtrak

The keywords that you are targeting need not be so precise. In meaning don't just target branded keywords go for long tail keywords like "Learn how to use Forex" or "Learn Forex Trading Online" -- these clicks will be much less and are extremely targeted to you will probably see a better return. Also try to join CPM networks. You might have better luck.

Hi, try www.FOREXAD.com , whether or not you have a Forex website you can get your ad on there. You can add a banner from Clickbank affiliate programs too. Really inexpensive too.

Take care Amtrak

Hi moe, I would like to suggest you that first, you can hire some freelancer who can do that job for you. In that case you just need to monitor their work and you will get long time hits for the one time invested amount.

Second, you can go with guest blog posting related to forex which is also one time investment to get some Good amount of clicks. Also you do some blog postings where you can post some content and refer to your sites which is also a good way to get clicks.

Also you can make some adwords campaign which I see you are already doing. So, I suggest you to use the keyword planner tool and find some general long term keywords in which you don't have spend much I think around $0.20 to $2.00 is fine.

I hope using this method you can achieve your every day target easily.

Good luck!
